Executive Chef Tim Husband is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the New England Culinary Institute. Before moving to Jackson, he was the Sous Chef at Smokejack's in Burlington, Vermont for three years. Tim came to Jackson in 2000 as part of the opening team of the Rendezvous Bistro.
