
Gavin Fine graduated from Cornell University School of Hotel & Restaurant Administration, and immediately moved to Jackson where he began a management rotation program at the Snake River Grill. After four years as the General Manager, he branched off in order to co-found and open the Rendezvous Bistro. The high demand for private parties and catering events stimulated the launch of Bistro Catering.
Roger Freedman graduated from the California Culinary Academy. He began his 22-year career in the restaurant business as Chef de Cuisine at Maple Drive in Beverly Hills before moving to Jackson to become the founding Executive Chef of the Snake River Grill. His menu helped establish the Grill as one of the preeminent restaurants in the Rockies. In 2001, he opened the Rendezvous Bistro, designing another great menu that quickly became a popular favorite. His stellar imagination and culinary expertise are two key ingredients to the success of Bistro Catering.
