Originally from Aix-Les-Bains, France, Marc Boussarie brings robust and diverse culinary experience to his role as Executive Chef of Bistro Catering. After finishing school at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA, Boussarie spent time in France working at 1-star Michelin restaurant Le Peche Gourmand, after which time he moved to San Francisco and worked in some of the city's most notable restaurants. His culinary pursuits took him around California, into restaurant kitchens, catering kitchens and in private homes as a personal chef. Initially drawn to Jackson Hole for the skiing, Marc left California and soon made Jackson his home. When he is not in the Bistro Catering kitchen, Marc is a true outdoorsman, spending his time exploring the mountains by bike, skis or paddle board.
